Some books to better learn English vocabulary, grammar, idioms and phrasal verbs.

Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well J

I know that the end of this semester has found us full of assignments and projects and that we are all stressed about our finals, but today I want to share with you some books that I have found useful (and the best) for your future students.

The books that I will mention below have everything your students need to improve their English vocabulary and grammar.

You can suggest them to work with them during the summer holidays, so they will not stop learning English for three months.

The first books are “Grammar in Use” (There are three books elementary, intermediate and advance). You can give your students the one according to their English level.

The second books are “English vocabulary in Use” (There are also three books according to the English level of your students.)

The third one is “Idioms in Use” (I highly recommend this one for your teenager students. It is very useful and has a lot of different idioms divided in units.)

And the last one is “Phrasal verbs in Use” (Phrasal verbs are difficult to learn and memorize but this book is perfect for learning phrasal verbs because of the way the author has organized and explained them. This one I recommend for your teenager students too. Personally, I think younger pupils have difficulties in learning phrasal verbs and we have to teach them phrasal verbs in an easier and different way.)

The best thing about these books is that you have the answers of all the exercises at the end of the book. There you can find all the answers and that is why they are self-study books. But if you want you can use them in your classroom, too.

I hope you find these books useful and I am sure you will. J

Bye for now my dear friends J
